1. Parties and Subject

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the relationship between natural or legal persons ("User" or "You") visiting loadverse.app ("Site") operated by LoadVerse ("Company" or "We") or filling out the pre-registration form. Every User accessing the Site or filling the form declares they have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these provisions.

2. Scope and Nature of Service

2.1. loadverse.app is a preliminary information and registration platform promoting a digital logistics marketplace under development.

2.2. The Company does not guarantee that features, services, and campaigns (launch pricing, priority verification, etc.) promoted on the Site will be exactly the same in the final product (mobile app). Site content may change without notice based on development.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. All rights to the design, software, "LoadVerse" brand, logo, content, and text belong exclusively to the Company.

3.2. The User may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or use any content commercially. Unauthorized use is subject to legal and criminal sanctions under Law No. 5846.

4. User Obligations

4.1. The User warrants that information provided in the "Pre-Registration Form" is correct, current, and belongs to them. The Company is not responsible for loss of rights (e.g., failure to deliver discount codes) due to false declarations.

4.2. Any activity threatening Site security or harming other users (viruses, bots, spam) is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

5.1. The Site is provided "AS-IS". The Company gives no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure operation.

5.2. The Company is not liable for Site unavailability or data loss due to technical failures, cyber-attacks, or third-party service interruptions (hosting providers, database providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, etc.).

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., LinkedIn) not controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Changes

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally at any time.

8. Governing Law

Turkish Law applies to disputes arising from this Agreement, with jurisdiction in Istanbul Courts.
